Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges: Any unused Tom Beckbe product purchased through TomBeckbe.com after November 1, 2021, can be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2022. For products purchased prior to November 1, 2021, that are unused: (1) returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping

All items bought from TomBeckbe.com ship from Duluth, Georgia within one to two business days, unless specified otherwise, depending on inventory at their distribution center. Low-stock and fragile items may be shipped directly from a Tom Beckbe retail store. For orders exceeding $125, complimentary UPS shipping is provided from Duluth to any location within the continental United States.

Guarantee

They warrant all Tom Beckbe products against manufacturing defects for the duration of the product's lifespan, which is determined by the amount of use the owner has gained from it. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product.
