Return Policy
They accept unworn, unwashed, and unmodified items purchased directly from TOMS.com, provided they are received within 30 days of the order date. Please specify how long it will take for the carrier to deliver your items to their warehouse in Mira Loma, California. Gift cards (both physical and digital) and items marked as "final for sale" are non-refundable and final sale.
Refund Policy
If your return is received within 30 days of your order date, you may choose to receive a refund, minus any original shipping costs, to your original payment method, or as TOMS.com store credits. To process your refund to the original payment method, they must receive your item within 30 days of the order date. Once your goods are received, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. They do not refund the original shipping charges.
