Change Policy

Generally, you are responsible for paying any change fees associated with a name change, unless you have selected the Max fare. You also have the option to purchase Name Change up to 48 hours before your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting their Service Centre via phone, social media, or email. In some cases, cancellations can also be processed through the Transavia website. Please note that cancellation fees amount to 100% of the total booking cost.
