Refund Policy

Ultimate Direction accepts returns for orders placed on their website. You will receive your refund within 1-2 weeks after they receive your return. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags; otherwise, they will be sent back to you without a refund. Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Orders placed before 8:00 am Mountain Time with expedited shipping options (Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day) will ship the same day. Free shipping is available only within the US lower 48 states and cannot be used for PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
