Return Policy
They hope you are satisfied with the items you receive. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Payment Method
They accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, they offer the Buy Now, Pay Later option with Klarna, which provides two payment choices: pay later within 30 days or split the payment into three installments. Further details will be provided once this option is selected.
Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays), with a cut-off time of 4pm. They offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48® shipping on all UK orders over £100 (note that this does not include next-day delivery). Since all engagement rings are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, they will process the refund. The funds will be credited to your account within 5 working days after the refund has been processed.
