Veeam Shopping Guides

Upgrade

Only customers who are currently in Support and Maintenance status are eligible for the upgrade. There may be a fee associated with upgrades—even if the customer was previously entitled to them before upgrading.

Subscription billing

Multi-year subscriptions with upfront payments include all years bundled into a single SKU. The customer commits to paying in advance for the entire contract duration. A multi-year subscription billed annually requires all annual options to be purchased together in the initial order.

Prepaid

Prepaid discount SKUs can be purchased within the first six months of the original license acquisition. After this period, a standard annual renewal SKU must be purchased instead.

Late fee

Renewals for support that are overdue will incur a 25% reinstatement fee. These fees are included in expired renewal SKUs and are necessary to renew agreements that expired at the time of purchase. Expired free license SKUs can only be used after receiving approval from Veeam.
