Return Policy

Please remember that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and all open-item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The returned product must be in brand new condition, including all packaging, in the exact state in which you received it. The restocking fee may be reduced or waived depending on the condition of your return.

Shipping Policy

According to company policy, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return defective items for RMA repair or replacement. Once the item has been repaired or replaced, VERTAGEAR will ship the item back to the customer. The shipping method will be chosen at VERTAGEAR's sole discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and product box within this period. All returned items will be inspected, and a partial refund will be issued for items that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping Policies

If the returned item is not in its new, original, and unopened packaging, only a partial refund of the purchase price will be issued. The refund amount will depend on the condition of the item as determined solely by us. Additionally, if the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $100 to $695 or more, depending on size and weight.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made via email as soon as possible before the shipment. Any email request received after business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
