Client Consultation and Pharmacy Dispensing Fees

When a Client schedules an appointment on Vetster, they are booking directly with the veterinary professional. Similarly, when a Client fills a prescription through the online pharmacy service, they are purchasing the prescription directly from Vetster's third-party pharmacy provider. Vetster functions as a facilitator for such transactions and does not provide medical advice or pharmaceutical services.

Client Refund Policy

Client consultation fees are non-refundable, except in certain circumstances confirmed solely at Vetster's discretion: if a consultation call lasts less than three minutes; if the Vet does not attend a scheduled call; or if the Vet is unable to assist the Client or Pet in any way.

Vet Subscription Fees

Veterinary clinics may opt into a subscription fee program to use their software as a white-label solution exclusively for their clinic and patients. Subscription fees will be billed monthly or as a one-time payment upfront via credit card. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted in the local currency.
