Trial & Return Policy

Warranty Policy

All VORII standing desks bought in the U.S. are backed by a limited, non-transferable warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship that impair your ability to use the product as intended, provided such defects arise during normal use within the warranty period. They offer a longer warranty coverage than most standing desk brands because they stand firmly behind their products.

Warranty Shipping Coverage

Within the contiguous United States (48 states), for approved warranty claims submitted within the first year after purchase, they will cover shipping costs for both returning the defective product and receiving the replacement. After the first year, all warranty-related shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
