Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only available before specimens are submitted for testing. If you request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method. If requested between eight (8) and one hundred eighty (180) days after the purchase date, a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee will be issued.
Low Price Guarantee
Only Walk-In Lab will match any lower price you find online at a competitor's website. Price matches apply only to the respective labs. If you find a lower price online before placing your order, contact the provider or call 1-800-539-6119. Price adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed. Coupons and discounts cannot be combined with price matches.

Delivery Time
Your order will undergo review by their medical director prior to issuing your lab order. You will receive an email notification once your lab order is available in your Confidential Lab Record (CLR). Orders are reviewed daily, seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm. Please allow up to 3 hours during that period for the approval process.
