Return Policy
Items must be returned and exchanged within 14 days (from receipt) in their original condition. After this period, we reserve the right to approve a refund or exchange.

Standard Shipping: When you select a standard shipping service, we reserve the right to use a courier of our choice to deliver your items within the specified timeframe.
Service Delays
Orders received before 1pm GMT from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time may still be processed but are not guaranteed to ship the same day. If not fulfilled the same day, they will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs and Returns
Most Walk London customers enjoy free shipping at checkout, regardless of location, which we cover costs for. If you return an item for a refund after receiving free shipping, a deduction equivalent to the shipping cost will be made from your refund amount, as noted at checkout.

Service fees are based on the rates of the Customs Broker at the time of invoice, including applicable customs duties and other fees paid by the Customs Broker for their services.
