Shipping Policy
Ground shipping within 5-10 business days for $7.95, 3-7 business days for $9.95, as well as Second Business Day Air and Next Business Day Air options are available. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are only eligible via USPS ground shipping. Except for custom or made-to-order lenses, any order placed and prescription verified before 1:00 PM Eastern Time typically ships the same day. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the following business day. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. It takes 1 to 2 business days for tracking information to become available online.
Return Policy
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for made-to-order lenses, except in cases of defective lenses as determined by the manufacturer (see Defective Lens Returns section below). WebEyeCare will only accept returns of unopened, undamaged, unused items in their original condition. Items purchased more than 365 days ago are not eligible for return. Additionally, WebEyeCare cannot accept returns for the 30-pack lenses within the 90-pack lens packages.
