If you're not satisfied with the Whistle tracker, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. If you cancel within 90 days of starting your subscription, you will receive a refund for the tracker fee and any unused subscription amount.

If you subscribe, your subscription will continue automatically, and you will be billed at the chosen price and frequency until you decide to cancel.

Warranty policy

If you encounter any technical issues within one year of purchase, we will troubleshoot and replace the device free of charge if needed. Please note, the product warranty does not cover damage or loss of Whistle equipment.
