Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days for delivery. All orders under $100, including wine club shipments, qualify for a flat-rate delivery fee of $10.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a wine you received, please contact us! You can chat with us (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM EST) or email us. We will be happy to offer store credit or assist in finding a replacement. In case of damage, please send a photo of the affected product(s).
Gift Cards
When you purchase or gift a gift card, both you and the recipient (if their email is provided) will receive a digital gift card code via email — physical cards are not sent.
Memberships
They offer 3-bottle or 6-bottle memberships, meaning you receive either 3 or 6 bottles per shipment. You can choose between red, white, or a variety, and they handle the rest.
Refer A Friend
