Cancellation Policy
To maintain the integrity of their Healer schedules, a 24-hour notice is required, or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. You can cancel an appointment by calling us or using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email.
Late Policy
While they will do their best to accommodate late arrivals, no guarantees are made if you are more than five minutes late. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if they are unable to reschedule within 7 days.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened bottles of herbs, consumables, used face tools, sound therapy items, and gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash unless legally required.
