Rescheduling Policy
Tickets can be rescheduled or canceled up to 8 hours prior to the event. Sale of tickets for all Design a Sign events closes four business days before the scheduled event.
Promotions
Promotional codes are redeemable on the website. Each code can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or combined with other offers.
Refund Policy
Event tickets are non-refundable; however, rescheduling codes you receive do not expire, allowing you to redeem them at your convenience. These codes will replace any vouchers used for your original ticket.
Experience Fee
Purchasing tickets may include charges for materials used during the selected event. If you reschedule to a less expensive experience, no refund will be issued for the difference in experience fees.
