Shipping Policy

We offer local delivery within southern Westchester County and southwestern Connecticut. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $150 or more before tax. Orders below the $150 threshold will incur a $25 shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

An order cancellation occurs when the buyer places an order that has not yet been shipped. A 10% restocking fee will be applied once the letter of credit is issued.

Return Policy

A return order includes any order that has been delivered and subsequently returned or rejected by the buyer. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price applies. Returns are accepted within 90 days from the purchase date, provided the wine is a current vintage still in stock at Zachys.
