ZENZII utilizes the United States Postal Service to ship all domestic orders within the 48 Continental United States. Free First Class Mail shipping is available for all domestic orders exceeding $50. Please note that free shipping is not offered for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and fees.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the shipment date to return any unused, undiscounted ZENZII jewelry items. Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from the ZENZII returns department. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
